Your financials stay between us.
What you share with us is used only for the work you've engaged us to do. We don't sell it or discuss it with anyone outside that work, except where the law requires it or where the work itself requires it, such as filing a return or running payroll.

Your name is yours.
We will never name you as a client, use your business as a reference, or describe your engagement publicly without your written permission.

Documents are handled with care.
We currently exchange documents by email. Once your files are with us, they're seen only by the people working on your account, and we only ask for what the work requires.

Deletion on request.
You can ask us to delete your information from our systems at any time. We'll confirm once it's done, keeping only the records the law requires us to retain.

Your records leave with you.
If our engagement ends, we'll return or transfer your files on request, in a form you or your next advisor can use.
